(The Hotel's cancellation policy is 14 days notice. Payment will be required for bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Cancellation policy over special events requires an unrefundable first nights deposit and 28 days notice - i.e. Hogmany, the Edinburgh Festival and Fringe, Easter and Rugby matches, when demand for accommodation is particularly high.) This is also the cancellation policy for group bookings over 6 people.)

Please note a service charge of 3% is made to each credit card transaction, however this is not charged on the first night's deposit.
